This is a small website for a pickleball club. It collects almost nothing about you. Here's exactly what happens when you visit.
Who runs this site
firstandlastpickleball.co.uk is the website of First & Last Pickleball Club, St Just. It's a simple informational site — there are no accounts, no logins, and no forms that store your details. For any privacy question, email hello@firstandlastpickleball.co.uk.
What data the site holds about you
Browsing these pages doesn't require you to enter anything, and we don't ask you to. Two things are worth being explicit about:
1. Privacy-friendly analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect any personally identifiable information. It records aggregate page views and referring domains so we know which parts of the site are useful — that's it. There's no advertising on this site and we don't sell or share any data.
2. When you click through to Spond or email us
Joining the club happens on Spond, a separate service with its own privacy policy — anything you enter there is governed by Spond, not this site. Likewise, if you email us, we'll hold your message (and your email address) only for as long as we need to reply and deal with it.
Cookies in use
None. This site sets no cookies — not for analytics, not for anything. There's no cookie banner because there's nothing to consent to.
Third parties
The site relies on these providers to function:
- Vercel — hosting and analytics. To serve a page, Vercel processes the minimum necessary request data (your IP address, browser type and the URL requested).
- Spond — only if you follow a link to join the club. Spond has its own privacy policy that applies once you're on their site or app.
Your rights under UK GDPR
Because the site stores virtually nothing about you, these are simple to exercise:
- Access & erasure: there's no account or server-side profile to access or delete. Aggregate analytics data is not personally identifiable. For anything held in our email, contact us below.
- Complain: you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) at any time.
